Meet Suzanne
About Me
For a long time, I struggled with anxiety, depression, confidence and self-image. As a mom of two beautiful children, I felt at times that my whole life revolved around them. I lost myself. I needed to find my strong.
I began to exercise shortly after my second child was born. That second pregnancy took a toll on me, both physically and mentally. Exercising became my sanctuary, my therapy, my time for myself.
It made me appreciate the need for a healthy and active way of life. I learned that the key to physical training is not only strengthening the body, but also revitalizing the mind so that we can be the best version of ourselves that we were meant to be.
Through it all, I developed a passion for sharing my knowledge and helping others achieve a fit and active way of life.
